Through our signature annual events and year-round programming, we connect youth with organizations and resources that strengthen the body, sharpen the mind, build character, and lay the foundation for a bright, successful future.
Mentorship & Support
BOWA Gives understands the critical role of mentorship. Whether in the classroom or on the field, youth thrive when they feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to overcome challenges and reach new heights. By championing mentorship programs, partnering with community organizations, and emphasizing the role of sport, we are committed to ensuring that the next generation has the opportunity and support to unlock their full potential.
Workforce & Career
BOWA Gives is committed to inspiring and preparing the next generation of leaders. Through BOWA Construction’s internship and career exposure program, Emerging Leaders, we offer students career development visits and hands-on experiences in the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering (ACE) fields. Our goal is to ensure that diverse populations have the exposure, guidance, and resources they need to succeed and thrive in their chosen careers.
